When planning your stay at Outdoor Lovers Bed & Breakfast, be sure to consult our policies below. Reservation Policy:

• Reservations are required, and a two-night minimum is applies to Winnie’s Room & the Aerie during the Summer and Fall season.  Outdoor Lovers, our 2 single bed room, is available for one-night bookings year around.
• Room rates vary by room and season. Please check availability calendar for up-to-date prices.
• Rates include a full breakfast and, on request, there are gluten and lactose-free options.
• Room Rates are subject to mandatory government (local, provincial and federal) taxes.
• Room rates are based upon the maximum occupancy of two persons per room for Winnie’s Room and Outdoor Lovers and maximum occupancy of 4 person’s in the Aerie.
• Payment in full is required at the time of the reservation.
• We require a home address, phone number,  e-mail address and the names of all persons in your party upon registration or upon arrival

Cancellation Policy:

• For cancellations received more than 5 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive a full refund.
• For cancellations received less than 6 days prior to your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged and is nonrefundable.
• Early departures or no shows are considered a cancellation and are treated within the described policy.

Check-In/ Check-Out:

• Check-in is between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM. With advance notice, special arrangements can be made for early and late check-ins.

Pet Policy:

• We do not allow pets in the Bed & Breakfast.

Smoking Policy

• We do not allow smoking anywhere inside the Bed & Breakfast.  Smoking is permitted on the grounds, and we ask that our guests be courteous to others when using outdoor areas.

Additional Policies and Restrictions:

• Parties and events are not allowed
• Quiet hours are between 9pm (21:00 hrs) and 8 am.
• We are happy to accommodate families with children. However we do NOT have child safety gates on stairways. Parents are responsible for all supervision of their children.
• For the safety of all guests, we do not permit candles, incense or open flames in the bedrooms.
